Hi, I’m Christine.
Former Finance Director at Procter & Gamble.
Over the past 12 years,
I worked in fast-paced, high-responsibility corporate environments.
I loved growth and achievement,
and for a long time, I built my sense of value around constantly achieving more.
As my body began to send signals, I slowly realized that inner exhaustion and disconnection could not be solved by achieving more.
On the outside, everything seemed to be on track.
But internally, I often felt anxious, lost, and disconnected from myself.
This realization led me to explore psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, embodiment practices, and transformational coaching.
Through this journey, I learned how to pursue achievement while staying connected to myself.
Today, I combine strategic thinking with transformational coaching to support people in reconnecting with themselves while continuing to pursue what matters most to them.
Whether you're navigating a career transition, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, facing challenges in your relationships, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you don't have to do it alone.
I believe we don't have to choose between achievement and inner connection.
