Sustainable Leadership Coach
Helping you build inner capital, create lasting inner reserves, and build a life of freedom, stability, and abundance.
Sustainability is the most valuable asset.
True abundance comes from internal and external balance: having enough external resources so you don’t have to compromise your values, while also cultivating a healthy mind, body, and fulfilling relationships.
Long-term success is built on more than performance.
It requires inner capital: self-awareness, confidence, and freedom.

Inner Reserves Coaching Session
Sometimes, it’s not that we don’t work hard enough; it’s that we become so used to looking outward that we forget to reconnect with ourselves.
True abundance comes from inner reserves and confidence.
In this session, I’ll help you gain clarity on:
• your current state and what you truly need
• what is draining your energy, and what truly nourishes you
• how to rebuild confidence and create a life of freedom, stability, and abundance
From Finance to Inner Freedom
Hi, I’m Christine.
Former Finance Director at Procter & Gamble.
Today, I support people in creating a life where achievement and inner wellbeing
can coexist sustainably.
Over the past 12 years,
I worked in fast-paced, high-responsibility corporate environments.
I loved growth and achievement,
and for a long time, I built my sense of value around constantly achieving more.
Yet over time,
I realized that inner exhaustion and disconnection could not be solved by achieving more.
On the outside, everything seemed to be on track.
But internally, I often felt anxious, lost, and disconnected from myself.
Over the past few years,
I began exploring psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, embodiment,
and transformational coaching more deeply.
And interestingly,
I also realized that I still deeply enjoy strategy, logic, and analytical thinking.
So rather than choosing one over the other,
I started learning how to integrate inner awareness with rational thinking:
to pursue achievement while still staying connected to authenticity, balance,
and freedom within myself.
Today,
I hope to offer a safe space for people navigating pressure, transition, uncertainty,
or simply the desire to reconnect with themselves and explore life more deeply.
Wherever you are in your journey,
you don’t have to navigate it alone.
